Return and refund policy

  • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping expenses. Please use a trackable shipping method to return your items, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

  • Customers must contact us at effe-i@dawntech.co.uk before returning any products. This ensures that we can provide proper return instructions and process your request efficiently.

  • The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them. If there are signs of user-related damage or missing accessories, we may deduct a portion of the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Duties and VAT: The prices listed on our website do not include any applicable duties and VAT in the customer’s country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
